I hope you could agree that even if the T&C are predatory it’s up to GW to decide which terms to offer to affiliates.
It’s up to us (affiliates) to decide if we like the terms or not, discuss it at CAP and offer casinos to make changes (as Paul did).
But since they have those T&C they should follow them. GW never paid me all the commission they owe me – that is – they violated they own T&C! That is why I have stopped to promote GW until they fulfill they obligations.
But instead of making payments they deactivated my account.
