Any recent incidents “slow paying” was not intentional. I am not sure if everyone is aware but processors and banking institutions are making it extremely difficult for anyone in the business to process a payout, especially if a bank pulls the plug without notice.
I do receive queries from affiliates about players being slow paid and each one I have followed up with our operation staff who contacted the players and processed the payments via other methods. If anyone has any concerns about players not being paid please PM me and I will work as a liaison between them, you and us.
