That is ridiculous that they didn’t pay you when you WERE active and then wrote off your commissions as an inactive affiliate. According to their Terms and Conditions – they are STILL supposed to pay you past commissions!
Not only have they violated their own Terms and Conditions, they are proving once again why the Minimum Player rule CANNOT be accepted by players when the violation of said rule either REMOVES players or REDUCES commissions below the agreed upon rate.
