I must bring up a point here ,we are seeing a lot of fraud in various Asian countries and i am afraid that if you are located in some of these areas you are going to experience a delay in receiving payment .
There should be no delay however in responding to your email however that can also happen ,the affiliate program should at least speak to you re the reason for non payment.
At the present time there are two countries on my list where i have been forced to tell webmasters that they will need to wait until the chargeback period has elapsed before payment is made.
Unfortunate but that is the reality that we sometimes have to face.
