I am on day two of quitting after smoking for 16 years. Got the patch going this time around. Seems to help a bit, but my co-workers have been walking on eggshells around me :shooter:
But the biggest influence was the other night when I did a bit of math and realized that I was spending about $2,000 a year on smokes…almost $30,000 in my lifetime!!!
I started to cry when I thought of all the wonderful things I could have bought…down payment on a house, a car other than a used minivan, lifetime supply of KFC….
