Forget what I said – there appears to be no tracking issue and hits have been recordeded correctly.
The Problem lay in the report we were viewing – the summary report. It defaulted not, as we expected, to a summary report for all merchants combined, but simply to the ‘income access’ (sub-affiliate) merchant, which we have not been promoting and hence seeing zero traffic.
