I am confused. We are paying you for residual income even though you are not eligible to receive payment due to the fact that you haven’t sent any new players for over 9 months. We are paying you even though we don’t have to and have answered all your emails; without any abuse. Why would you wonder why we are certified? I understand you can be frustrated by a delay in payouts, but why are you treating us with such disregard after all the understanding and support we have given you?
