Not this time. Pure cold turkey.
This is prolly my fifth or sixth serious attempt at quitting since I started some 16 years ago. None of the aides helped but I don’t thinl they’re strong enough for really heavy smokers. I was a 70 cigs-a-day smoker before moving to cigars in an attempt to cut down – which didn’t work and in fact made things worse.
