I agree that Splinterfree desn’t reall want to “damage” anyone… no one does. These are very trying times for everyone, and I don’t believe any affiliate of affiliate group would go after a program that is making an honest effort and/or keeping the lines of honest communications open.
That said, a simple factual report on which programs are 30, 60, and 90 days late on payments would be a very valuable tool for affiliates to use as they see fit.
