I used to use dreamweaver a lot and I still use it but I find myself hand coding a lot more lately. Sometimes its faster for me especially once I get the css done and I dont have to worry about my websites not displaying properly in some browsers.
My favorite feature in dreamweaver is the XSL Transformation. It makes it so easy and fast to integrate rss feeds into my pages.
