I tried it with my main site – got going for a month before being banned for voilating their TOS.
Of course I pointed out that there was nothing illegal in marketting gambling to European punters – no response at all.
If you’re small enough you may get away with it (I doubt they check everything) … but eventually they’ll suspend your account …
… possibly the first time you make a withdrawal request?
