Just an update:
Blackjack Ballroom is in the process of getting a brand new facelift and we are hoping to launch the facelifted site between March 29 and April 5.
I can say it looks fantastic! This should help with your conversions.
All of our casinos have a downloadable version of each of our new languages:
French
Italian
German
Japanese
Simplified Chinese
These direct downloads can be found under Marketing Tools > Download Code.
There are more languages on the way shortly (including Dansk and Spanish).
We are continually doing things to improve the player experience at our casinos.
