yep …. I’ve been with them since Brent … then Ryan …. now Renee …… all three have been outstanding in every regard IMHO.
something like 7 years now …. this company has solved to satisfaction every player problem I’ve ever brought them. Can’t say that about many programs.
Also batting 1000 as an aff sponsor (for me).
Holler at Renee …. like one should try to do with any program they promote … get a relationship going so that if/when there is ever a problem …. you know who to contact .. what kind of attention to expect …. and by knowing your contact … when the tough problem arises and you don’t know whether to believe the player .. or the casino …. (and trust me … it is bound to come a time when this will happen) .. by knowing your aff manager …. you’ll have a real good idea which side to trust when their stories don’t match or agree.
if there was ever a problem with CR’s side of things not matching the player’s side of things …. since I CR well … I’d probably believe them. However like with any big company …. there are going to be times when the casino is not right … simply because you can’t always be guaranteed every employee is going to turn out to be the kind of person you want representing your company. What sets the good ones apart however ….. and also what makes you important to the player as a portal owner …. is having a contact that you KNOW is someone the company wants representing them …. and that will take the steps necessary to amend any situation that may put a bad light on them.
I trust CR / RA very much in that respect because I know and trust the people that I work with there and they’ve earned that trust again and again.
so ya. …. they’re one of the few I think you can trust to get things set right when rough waters appear. …. Unlike many places who suddenly get hard to contact when you’ve got a real tough problem that must be faced.
