We called Andre’s phone number and spoke with Tuuli. Andre is away and returning on March 13. Tuuli is looking after his desk in the meantime.
Tuuli is trying to resolve our issue.
Casinorep, it might be best to call Tuuli/Andre and explain your tracking situation to them. We found calling to be more effective.
I am going to try to speak with Andre directly this coming week and make him aware of this thread.
We have been dealing with Ladbrokes for some time now and we have found them to be a great program. This was the first time that we have not been able to contact someone there. And again, we’ll be glad when they join CAP.
