Apologies for the lateness and processing of Jan affiliate payments.

We did process affiliate payments, all payment methods but EcoCard were successfully made.

EcoCard affiliate payments were being dropped when our end communicated with EcoCard’s system. Our techs, along with the EcoCard techs are currently working on finding the solution to the problem.

The status which shows the affiliate payment in status “processing”, means that the affiliate payment is currently being processed – but in this case, the affiliate payment was going through the processing phase, before the transactions were being dropped.

The casinos are transacting fine with EcoCard, and players have been able to place deposits, as well as withdraw winnings, although the affiliate payments EcoCard merchant which handles the affiliate payments has had issues.

I can appreciate the urgency in which funds are required for some affiliates, but please be assured that we are working around the clock to have payments completed. Your earnings will remain secure, and you will receive them. I don’t anticipate affiliate payments to be much longer.
