Well i don’t have time to listen to the lectures, but if you never heard of ECHELON, read this:

It’s the English speaking countries (US/UK/CA/NZ/AUS) intelligence spy service. It allegedly taps all terrestrial and satellite traffic, allowing virtually every electronic communication to be recorded and monitor. This is what found Osama’s phone calls on 9-11.
I don’t think there is any question that the US government has tons of information available and the ability to get more. The only question is who is looking at it and for what purpose. I don’t believe that state police/attornies general would have access to that kind of info, i would think the feds would keep it for their own use.
