The notion that affiliate programs can open up bank accounts for their affiliates in foreign countries, is incorrect. There are “know your customer laws” that are in effect in just about every country where you would ever consider banking. In order to open an account at a bank in bermuda, bahamas, canada, lithuania, grand cayman, belize, guernsey, isle of man, lebanon and switzerland (these are the ones i’ve looked into) and presumably dozens of others, as a non resident you must show:

Photo Id
utility bill matching the address you give the bank and the address on your id.
2 letters of introduction by your banker, lawyer or account saying that you are who you say and aren’t a criminal.
A description of what your company does, the source of your initial deposit and who you will be receiving money from and sending money to.

AND in many places tell them you’re getting money from Cassava, Random Logic, IGMPay, ProcCyber, etc. they won’t give you account because they know the major names. etc.

It’s a real problem for them to send money to US, any additional steps to hide the source of the funds would subject them to money laundering charges, not just in the US, but in the countries they operate from. You certainly shouldn’t expect operators who’ve closed US player accounts to violate US law or even risk violating it to pay affiliates, even for non-us business.
