Full Tilt – Crap Revenue Share and CPA ( prob the lowest poker/casino affiliate program there is) But great brand
I wouldnt advise you to go for Ulimate Bet as they dont pay you for tournamnet revenue (unless that changed over the last 6 weeks).
I would also stay away from microgaming poker rooms as they seem to have the least depositing options and they dont allow 11 states AND you dont know if they are going to stay in the US.
