Neteller is giving everyone a different story by the day.
I reside in UK. For Neteller transactions I have opened a USD bank account(in UK you can open an account in different currency) verified by Neteller.
My Neteller account is also in USD. Ordering a withdrawal about a month ago I was waiting for 2 weeks, but nothing happend. So, contacting Neteller they said it is not possible to make the transaction because I have to re-register the bank account in GBP. I did so and withdraw all the money they owed me.
My Neteller account is still in USD but the bank one is in pounds.
