Yea…neteller money for USA is gone. I have about 4.5k locked up, it is gone. I don’t consider it mine anymore. I suppose a person could get a lawyer and go after it, but it will cost thousands and might not work. It is my understanding you have 60 days to claim your funds from the US government, after that they will be dispersed to the agencies involved. This is how they do biz, it has been learned from the drug war. Also all it take to seize something is probable cause, then the burdon is on you to prove you are innocent.
