Dom I think they are in a cash crunch and are acting accordingly. I dont have another program I work with that has Chargebacks like Coins. I never did.
They dont do this often but this occured several years ago too with Casino Coins when there was no market pressures like we see now. Ask Krystal about it she was almost shaved bald when this happened back then. I got hit too during that round and I still remember it.
