Most people use “new posts” when they come to CAP and see all the forums. If you don’t, try to get in the habit, because all the sections contain very important posts from time to time that directly affect you. Like the professor said, the general discussion area is too busy. Posts there disappear quickly since so many are generated. The “new posts” function is the way to go to stay up to date on your business.
That said, this development is most important and should be all over the place.
