I’ve used ePassport without problems in both depositing TO online poker rooms, and withdrawing FROM several affiliate programs.
While they are not as fast in depositing money into your bank account as Neteller was ( took 7 days – 5 bus days ), the funds did appear without issue.
I’m sure there are problems with them…. there are problems with ANY online ewallet… hell, there are problems with standard Visa and MC. It would be my guess that they are swamped at the moment due to the rush of people looking for online solutions. People keep saying they operate out of the US… the customer support may be in the US, but they are not.
