I think if the question how are players getting paid is answered or not we will know the other questions you posed as well MD.
As bb1 understands the longer it takes to find a secure solution the smaller the chances of keeping players onboard over the long haul. Sure you will keep the addicted players and the bonus seekers since casinos will be bringing back new types of bonuses and offers just to try and survive, but I doubt many would welcome those type of players.
Players who are playing merely for entertainment will get tired of the hassle; they wont continue running around signing up at a different wallet every other week. They will look for other things to keep them entertained. If they have their money tied up in an online wallet and others follow suit, if casinos can not find a way to pay them now, I have a feeling many of them will remember and they will not return if and when a solution is found.
These are very trying times, and in my opinion they are very defining times that will shape the future of the industry. Sad thing is I dont seem to find many casinos openly concerned about the situation. Maybe somethings are going on behind the scenes I dont know about, but in my opinion thats the worse place to keep them behind the scenes.
The governement thinks they are protecting us from us, fact is they are driving the legitimate people out of the business and inviting in the crooked ones. At the end of the day things could very well end up a lot worse off; they have a history of screwing things up like that.
