this is something i’ve been saying for some time. Thanks A for bringing it up since I’ve felt my own concerns have been being set aside because everybody is worrying about themselves.
you are completely correct! if players aren’t getting paid it ain’t gonna matter squat about how or whether we get paid because there ain’t gonna be no money made to worry about commission.
worse yet, is while we as affs can wait (not because we can afford it, but because we realize or at least can be hopeful a means will be found).
THis is not the case with players. they”re already unsure. just give them a reason to lose confidence and all is lost.
This is why I have made such a bitch about checks! Its by far the best and surest way to get money to players and in a timely manner that doesn’t make them jump thru hoops in order to get paid.
ANd they don’t give a shit whether the check was written by john smith or casino x. as long as the check is equal to the amount they expected to be paid.
even if MGS pulls out of the market, the remaining casinos are going to have to have such a measure to insure the confidence remains high so players are not freaking out thinking they won’t get paid.
I hope many casinos, MGS, and/or all other softwares are seeing this and taking into consideration the absolute importance here on this issue.
