OK… Well here is my update… I got the following email from Neteller today… I explains it all:

Your Member Wire requested on Jan-16-07 was returned to us. Due to recent legislative changes, NETELLER can no longer process USD/AUD bank wire withdrawals.

We remain committed to providing you with the following withdrawal options:

NETELLER can re-issue you a bank wire in Euro or GBP with a foreign exchange fee (1.9% + daily rate). Please note the funds will be converted back to your bank account currency when they are received by your bank. Please enquire with your bank about any additional fees.
We can adjust the funds back into your NETELLER account and you can use your NETELLER Card for withdrawal. By certifying your bank account, we can give you a NETELLER Card which you can use to withdraw funds from ATMs anywhere in the world. To certify your bank account, we require a utility bill within the last three months and photo ID (a copy of your driver’s license or passport).
You may contact us at your convenience to make arrangements for your withdrawal. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused you and thank you for your patience and understanding.
