I get these sort of emails about 1 time out of every 50 people I approve. I don’t know if the system “glitches” once in a while, or if the emails get flagged as spam and the member misses it.
I have my tech guy looking into it to make sure it’s not on our end. However, almost everyone gets approved within 24 hours these days… although Sundays are probably the worst days for me :tounge2:
