Liechtenstein (not Lichtenstein) is a stable, established member of the European community and has been so forever. It is not going anyplace.

It is equal to Monaco and Gibraltar in political autonomy. It is a trustworthy country. Doesn’t mean that it is free of crooks of course, they are everywhere.
