heres the skinny on clickto pay issues.
the withdraw button is gone because they use a US bank for that.. they say its coming back but wouldnt count on it too much.. the way they do withdraws now is wire (SWIFT) from germany. that will cost me $30 per wire and can only do 1500 max PER!
