For me its
Bodog – good earnings and response
Absolute Poker – good earnings and response most of the time
Casino rewards – never had a problem with these guys
Poker.com – i liked these and always had a response, how ever i didnt like the handling of carbonpoker(basically not telling us what what going on before it happened)
