Step-by-Step instructions on Depositing
Once your EcoCard is created and activated, funds can be deposited. Go to the “Login” Section on http://www.ecocard.com and using User Name and Password sign into EcoCard Account.
Choose “Money Deposits” Section from the left-hand menu.
The page will display a list of deposit methods and detailed instructions.
To make a deposit to EcoCard please:
Choose the deposit method
Read instructions and make a print-out if necessary
Make a deposit according to the instructions
Confirm your deposit (mandatory for MoneyGram, Western Union)
Please refer as well to question on “How do I deposit funds into EcoCard?”
Whichever depositing method you choose, your User Name should be inserted in to the “Payment Details” in the payment order.
Step-by-Step instructions on Withdrawing Go to the “Login” Section on http://www.ecocard.com and using User Name and Password sign into EcoCard Account.
Choose “Withdraw” Section from the left-hand menu.
Withdrawal can be performed by Wire Transfer directly to the bank account. The withdrawal request is processed within 2 business days. During these two days you may request to cancel the withdrawal and funds will be credited back to the EcoCard.
**FYI: You do need to have a “Payment Option” listed inorder to withdraw.
