I don’t think the DOJ has frozen the funds at all. If you notice the story keeps changing with Neteller. At first it was, relax, it will just take longer because of the huge volume of withdrawals. Now we are suppose to believe that DOJ has fozen the money even though nobody at Neteller has been charged with a crime.
I hope to have some answers from my bank in a few days, since you can’t get anything believable out of Neteller.
