Thats the ?. The best thing that can happen now is to find out the DOJ has their hand in it. Then the ACLU takes up the fight and sues the DOJ to relinquish the funds. If we never get our $$ back this is the first time in American History the US Gov’t has taken Americans property in such a grandious manner and confinscated it without Due Process. This is a BAD Precident to be starting. If this ultimately flies what else can the Government do to the US Citizen w/o proper Due Process? Seems a pandoras box of potential abuse here. Sure put’s a persons “Freedom” in check!
