Im not sure about them. I know VIP uses them for transactions. But they want you to jump through too many hoops in order to get registered, withdraw $$ etc… For example, I have 1 star meaning I can deposit but not w/d??? Whats wrong with that picture? Looks like a one way deposit to me. Personally, I would steer clear!
