I think users with Eur accounts don’t have problems. The problem is related to US users and USD accounts.
I had no problems using my card with an account in Euro. I don’t know about wires since the last one was sometime ago.
But I think that no problem should occur because a transfer in EUR to a EUR denominated bank account in Europe does not have anything to do with US or US laws and is totally governed within European laws.
