While I think RSS feeds and such is great for some webmasters, I think affiliate programs should embrace simplicity while still providing the functions that more technical webmasters want.
I should be able to log in and grab an affiliate link without having to set up a campaign. Two programs that overcomplicate things are fortune affiliates and vip profits. At fortune it takes me at least 5 minutes to grab a banner.
