Actually rereading what one of my players sent me, I’m not 100% sure now. From the Neteller site when he went to make a transfer:
NETELLER Peer-To-Peer Transfers
Please Note: NETELLER Peer-to-Peer transfers are now going to be treated like withdrawals and deposits. When you want to send money to friends or family simply request a withdrawal and follow the instructions on the screen.
Allow up to 5 business days for EFT deposits to clear before transferring to another member.
I just checked, and this is the case when you go to “Transfer”, but this might always have been there and it just wasn’t noticed. However I can confirm as of right now transfers are still instanteous, so hopefully it was just a reading mistake
