Maybe some good news here. I signed up with Click2Pay on Monday and finally received a phone call yesterday, which I missed. They emailed me and gave me a 800 # to confirm. After a short wait I got a rep and she asked me all the confirmation questions. I was told that I would be confirmed as soon I fax them confirmation of my street address (I gave them a POBox on signup). So it looks like they are still taking new US affiliates.
