Statements about the disappointment a person feels in the way their country is operating or conducting business is not unpatriotic. My father was a POW in a German Stalag Camp and my husband is a disabled vet. That does not make me any more or any less patriotic that the next person. It’s my actions that define that. Over the years, my children have done things or made decisions I felt were very wrong. That does not mean I love them any less. The same is true for my country.
There is no one more patriotic than I am but I’m not going to turn a blind eye to the problems that we are facing in this country and J. Todd is right. This is not just about online gambling. It is so much more.
