I am able to log in, but I haven’t received my 2 test deposit amounts into my bank account yet. However, several days ago when I created the account, I was told by a live customer support person, that I needed to phone those deposits in to a support person, in order to elevate me to Star Level 2 – which would allow me transact.
I have yet to receive these, and given the recent ceasing of US account creation, I’m willing to be that I won’t be able to establish my account. At this point, I’d probably be leary to use the account anyway.
