Are you sure that you are not giving up a sizable piece of business every month by throwing in the towel on US resident gaming affiliates?
Affiliates get their all their revenue from advertising perfectly legal internet casinos and pokerrooms etc. to a global community of players all over the world.
All their websites have disclaimers that clearly state that all types of online gambling are not lawful everywhere, and that each interested player needs to check the rulings in his or her jurisdiction. This might apply to a resident of Monaco just as well as one from New Jersey.
Since the UIGE Act states that it is not illegal for credit and financial organizations to engage in the transfer of internet gambling funds to (but not from) US residents, then why is it necessary to stop processing payments to US based affiliates?
