My main gripe with C2P is their CS is horrid! I have emailed them twice in the last 3 days with no response. Phoned yesterday, sat on hold for 20 mins. Though I might attempt again today. Luckily had nothing pressing to do out of here so, sat on the phone for 45 mins. Needless to say, finally hung up. I’m done with them.
Now, I can understand they are probably swamped right now with many people attempting to sign up. BUT…..they have always been this way since day one. Nothing has changed as far as CS from my experience.
I’m a fairly patient person but, when it comes to my money, I tend to lose some of that patience. I highly doubt many players would be as patient. Therefore, I personally would not recommend C2P. I don’t want people signing up with them, have a problem, get frustrated and in turn get turned off to gambling.
Just my 2cents
