Moneybookers doesnt service the US so forget them.
Firepay is no longer an option.
The only issue with Click2Pay is it’s difficult to sign up and get approved this will turn off players. Once you are approved the amounts they allow you to deposit or withdraw are terribley low and not suited to affiliate payments for many of us. Hopefully they will change their program or they wont be a viable alternative to Neteller.
