Q10 I will always look to see if a program is CAP certified. After I will check all comments made by other webmasters in relation to the program. Then I would make an educated decision whether or not to sign on with them.
Q5 If you are a resident outside the U.S I beleive Neteller is still a viable option. This is providing they don’t go broke given the recent developments.
I have one question for yourself. You not from the the FBI are you? Not that it matters just curious.
