These sites were stealing Title, description, and url to gain a better ranking with some major SE’s. Not a really big issue but something to think about.

Not certain how much you know about the owner of 21.com–his name is Gil Alter and he is also the owner of Vertical Traffic, a media company, placing advertising for several large casino operators.
When Gil was preparing to launch 21.com, it was during the same time that all hell was breaking loose with 888. I met with Gil in San Francisco and discussed this and the implications it may have on his launch. Gil was clearly concerned and I do know that he entered into many discussions with 888 regarding this issue. It was at the same time that Lou was also in discussions with 888. Not to take away anything from the solid efforts of Lou and others (which should be applauded), I do believe that Gil’s concerns (and one million investment dollars) helped move talks along.
Gil is definitely a bit naive and green to this industry, but one thing is certain–his heart is in the right place and he is open to constructive input. IMHO, he’s a decent guy that given time and experience, Gil will be an asset as opposed to an opportunist.
As far as the SEO stuff, I’m certain if Gil was made aware of whatever is out there, he’d be responsible to address this. If you want to pass this stuff on to me, I’m happy to get with Gil on it.
