If this is true, then Pinnacle Sports acted responsibly by complying with US law given the current climate the online gambling industry is currently facing.
When asked whether Weitzner believed Pinnacle Sports had prior knowledge about the NETeller arrests, he stated, “Does it Matter?”
So waiting to comply with the new law until receiving knowledge of these arrest was a responsible act? What an idiotic claim.
If I had prior knowledge that one of my colleagues was going to face similar heat I would most likely tip them off so that they could take it into consideration and possibly avoid the heat; so I guess it might matter.
Guess its time to get out of Neteller; not worth taking a chance!
