here’s what I took from the link provided by the Prof.
US prosecutors have accused the men of seven counts of “wire fraud” – illegally gaining money via international banking systems – through the US banking system.
They are each alleged to have made £1.5m ($2.7m) after selling an interest held by a unit of NatWest in an Enron entity at a cheap price and pocketing the difference.
where is the connection to NETeller? at best it means that neteller was owned or is by NatWest: an Enron entity.
of course I may be wrong in my investigation but I just don’t see the connection.
in any case: we as affs : our situation will always come down to free speech issues IMHO. If you can create a site on how to build bombs; you ought to be able to speak your mind (and if possible: get paid for it) without being persecuted for having done so.
