Some people arrange a meeting schedule. Others just wing it. I’ve done both in the past and it sort of works itself out. I’d recommend arranging at least one or two meetings and making sure that your mobile-phone number is known to those who you want to meet up with.
Once the beer starts to flow, even the best of planned schedules seems to go out of the window anyway.
