It went out the first week in December – Unfortunately with international post, delivery times can be delayed massively and there isn’t much we can do to speed it up plus with the Christmas post a number of copies were delayed.
If you pm me your address I can get our mail house to look into it but I suspect it is simply the luck of the post.
BTW – What did you think? What are we doing well? What can we do better?
