In response to your query regarding not being able to choose US$, we have removed this option as in the near future we will no longer be making payments to affiliates in USD. All commisions will continue to be calculated in USD however payment will be made in an alternative currency being UK pounds, Euro’s or Canadian Dollars. The reason for the change in minimum payment amounts is that APM’s are quicker, cheaper and more secure as opposed to check and wire where we are consistantly having to re-issue due to incorrect addresses and banking details – please note that check and wire now carry a minimum of $1000
